The Ida Cerezo O'Donnell Unity Center
The new Ida Cerezo O’Donnell Unity Center provides the student body with a space to both build community and explore and embrace the intersections of their identities (i.e. ethnicity, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, culture, etc.). We are located on the lower level of the Brockton Campus Student Center in SC121 (around the corner from Student Life).
Unity Center Offerings
In addition to sponsoring a wide range of events designed to build an inclusive community and providing identity-based resources to the student body, Unity Center offerings include opportunities for mentorship, leadership development training, community service and both academic and career advising.

International Education Week 2025
November 17–24, 2025
International Education Week (IEW) is a nationwide initiative co-sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education. Each year, IEW celebrates the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide — promoting programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences in the United States.
At Massasoit Community College, we’re proud to join institutions across the country in recognizing the importance of cultural understanding, global engagement, and diversity on our campus. Throughout the week, we invite students, faculty, staff, and community members to participate in events that connect us with the world and with each other.
