Brockton Campus Road Construction Notice
Massasoit is committed to improving our campuses and infrastructures. Taking place
throughout Summer 2026, the Brockton Campus will undergo a significant road construction
project, whereby the entirety of Massasoit Boulevard will be milled and resurfaced.
The boulevard extends for approximately one mile from the intersections of Thatcher
Street to Crescent Street, and the project will include new curbing and raised crosswalks,
as well as freshly painted lines and markings.
The Massasoit Boulevard Repaving Project was awarded to The Hatch Group, Inc. of Plainville,
MA in July 2026 at a cost of $932,831.27, and completion is expected by Fall 2026.
The renewed Massasoit Boulevard will positively impact the commute for thousands of
students, staff, and faculty across nearly all of Massasoit’s academic divisions,
and will enhance how the College represents the Commonwealth and Brockton community.
