Facilities and Capital Planning

Massasoit's Facilities and Capital Planning teams are responsible for maintaining the College locations in Brockton, Canton, and Middleborough. This includes work to ensure our facilities and grounds are clean, accessible, and ready to serve students, employees, and members of the community. 

Additionally, they work with state and private partners to manage major capital updates at the College, like the ongoing Transformation Through Renovation Project that is brining state-of-the-art scence and health science facilities to the Brockton Campus. Other projects in recent years have included the construction of a new Campus Police Station in Brockton and new storefront and honor garden in Canton.

Facilities also manages space rental at the College. Spaces available for rent include the natatorium (indoor pool) and Julie Mulvey Gymnasium in the Asiaf Field House (Brockton), the Large Theater in the Buckley Performing Arts Center (Brockton), the Akillian Gallery (Canton), and many other classrooms and meeting spaces.
